Alejandro is in his final year of legal studies at the UniversidadNacional de Córdoba (UNC).
He has participated in courses, seminars and workshops related to criminal law, environmental law,and human rights, as well as in teaching assistantships and research assistantships with the Centro deInvestigaciones Jurídicas y Sociales (Center for Legal and Social Research) of the UNC. He is currentlya research fellow with CIJS, where he addresses the issue of access to justice with regards to non-compliance with the environmental impact assessment law.
Alejandro joined the Legal Clinic in 2007. Since then he has worked on cases related to the impactof electromagnetic radiation produced by cellular telephone antennas, environmental licensing, theindustrial impact of multinational enterprises, among others.
Currently he is committed to the study and monitoring of various national, provincial and municipallegislative processes related to environmental issues, particularly with regard to issues involving mining,access to information, environmental impact assessments, protection of native forests, and more.
