About the Legal and Legislative Clinic
CHREs Legal & Legislative Clinic is a laboratory of public interest litigation and judicial reflection that works real cases of Human Rights violations resulting from environmental degradation or non-sustainable management of natural resources. Its primary objective is to promote, in students and lawyers, the integration of a social conscience into their careers as agents of the law. Through the practice of Public Interest Litigation and the promotion of Legislation we provide Access to Justice to victims without means to defend themselves and as a result the intern acquires professional ability and understanding of the law as a tool for Social Change and a generator of Public Policy.
