The Center for Human Rights and Environment presented findings from recent work in partnership with Earthworks and Clean Air Task Force, on video registration and evidence of toxic emissions at oil and gas facilities in Mexico and in Argentina, arguing that these toxic emissions as well as climate change causing gases (including methane, toluene, benzene, ethylbenzene, hydrogen sulfide, and other gases) are causing human rights violations.
